Jandhyala B.G. Tilak is Senior Fellow and Head, Educational Finance Unit, National Institute of Educational Planning and Development, New Delhi. His research interests are the economics of education and the financing of education. He is the editor of Journal of Educational Planning and Administration. His publications include The Economics of Inequality in Education and Education for Development in Asia.
